More than 50% on Flippa , 30% By direct sales & the rest on other marketplaces

That won't be enough, any details about traffic as well ? Where do your visitors come from? The $30 per month was gained for how much time exactly? 3months ? 6 ? A year ?

If your earnings & traffic were stable for more than 6 months then these types of websites sells for 15-20X monthly PROFIT.

I would check with empireflippers as a first option, it will take time but they'll hook you up with a buyer . Alternatively you can check FE International , the owner is this section mod (meathead) and they can help as well.
