Why no one clicks on my ads

Adsense? Maybe the ads are not related? Also try to embed the ads within posts, do more experiments for ads position.

What type of blog do you have?

What are your ads offering?

Do you have an email list?

Do not slap ads all over the place. See the heatmap and put the ad there. Just experiment with 4 ad units with just one publisher (Too many pop-ups and ads often lead to driving users away).

Are you seeing ad impressions in publisher console? Make some changes to increase visitor duration by cleaning up the page and by implementing fewer ads. Just check this for few days.

I place ads on interesting points only....

Hahaha! This is the question every single business ever, has. 1, people don't want to click ads. 2, many people have AdBlocker software/apps installed so that the Ads disappear.

adblocker doesn't matter, and why you are banned....????

I think, you need to try different ad formats. You can check later which ad format brings you more conversion.

Try changing your ads location and revise them, are they relevant to your blog content?
Approve your ads to make them attractive to visitors as real people click on them

If you would like to drive up your CTR, I recommend the following:
1.Choosing relevant targeting for your campaign to ensure that your ads reach the right audience.
2.Selecting irrelevant topics or topics that are too broad may hurt your campaign efficiency.
3.Making sure your ads are specific, relevant, and have a clear call-to-action.
4.Try testing new ad copy to see a lift in CTR.
5.Crafting and targeting your ads to timely themes and current events.
