yes expect that chargeback if the account will be dead.

If you're not scamming anyone, nothing won't happen to you. Anyhow if someone your personal details while scamming then you might otherwise you can relax.

I don't think the police will get involved in this unless you did something terribly wrong (your post doesn't suggest so). You sold a service to someone and the most that could happen is a chargeback in which case you can refund the buyer.
What can be terribly worng ? To be aware
