Not getting Instagram email verification code?

I have been having a very weird error on almost all of my accounts. When instagram asks for email verification the code NEVER shows up in the email. I have tried different account providers and 3 different email providers and still the emails never show up

Does anybody know how to fix this? it s happening to ALL my accounts now

Is the issue with the new IG accounts or Old IG accounts? I have faced such issues in recent past for the new accounts and i was able to fix it through changing user agents.

both actually. I have accounts that are 7 years old and some that are 3 months old both get it. Somebody did give me a temporary solution though, for some reason if you request a password reset (but dont change the password) you will then start getting email verification emails again. Its time consuming so hopefully I dont have to always do that to get it to work

Well when this happens to me what I usually do is, change email to something else (anything random but unrealistic iike [email protected]) and then change it back to original email which does the trick.
