Summary
For the review, @TopOffers CPA provided me with access to their adult/dating CPA network. I looked around just to confirm several things mentioned in their thread, the details of which are below.

Service Highlights

• Offers from BeNaughty.com and Flirt.com were on the network, just as advertised.
• Their payment methods consist of Payoneer, Paxum, and bank/wire transfers.
• The minimum payout that I could see was $500, with the exception of bank transfers, which are set at $1,000 minimum.
• The website was clean and responsive during the time I was browsing it.
• They have several types of offers. For example, one type of offer was SOI (single opt-in), meaning anyone who clicks on the offers only needs to enter a single piece of information (usually an email address). This doesn't mean they only need to take one action on the page before it's considered a conversion, as one of the offers I clicked on had one of those "are you a male or female" short questionnaires. The others offers I saw were PPS (pay-per-sale) and revenue share.

What Could Use Improvement

• I didn't see a PayPal payment option on there, but many of you loathe PayPal here anyway.

Additional Information

• As stated in the thread (although I'm restating it because I'm sure some people will miss it), you only get the $1,000 welcome bonus when you reach $10,000 of revenue in your first 3 months.

The minimum amount for payment by Paxum is $500 and for Wire is $1,000.
You'll get paid once a month on Net15 (for earnings of $500-1000) or once a week (for earnings of $1500+) depending on the period you reach the minimum amount required.
If you do not reach this value within a month, then the entire sum is carried over until you reach the minimum amount according to your payment method.
