Yeah right now Wirex is the one, but only for UK right now, it`s hard to get verified!

I believe Mistertango still works. They offer mastercards which unlike visas weren't affected by wavecrest's fail.

Check out "Swift" it's a card you can connect to Coinbase and it's through Visa so it's accepted almost everywhere. I have one in my wallet now. I don't ever use it honestly, but I got it because 1.) it was free. 2.) how awesome is it to have a debit card connected to BTC!
