1.Where to buy a cheap host+domain
2.How to connect via DNS and things I wont name the reseller maybe ill be breaking any rules.

I just have no clue about host and domains they are so complicated for me cause Im a beginner in this type of things.

Godaddy gives a domain for $1 for first buy with coupon. You can cheap hosting with coupons as well.
