ask for help directly, noone here is going to come up and tell you they're from facebook or they would refer someone from facebook to you for no reason.

Here's a problem: i cant pm members. And i would asked,if i could know who works in FB or IG. And there IS a reason. IG office in my country closed so i have to ask here

Most high ranking people at facebook or instagram have personal blogs where they write stuff. You can try to contact them that way.

i'm looking for blue badge for famous people as i work with tv stars, singrs and so on

In that case, the blue badge will come. Just give it time, but if you're truly working for famous people, it's just a matter of time before Facebook will ask for them to verify who they are.
I know a few famous people myself who have blue verified checks and that's exactly what happened in their cases and they're not even mega famous or famous to the point where if I were to drop their names, you probably haven't heard of them.
