Now we can not see the keywords which customers search on google? I find some customers search some keywords on google and then come to my website, while I could not know what keywords do they search? Any tool that I could see the source and keywords that they search?

do you want to know which search words people use to find your web pages? if so, you can use a php script that emails you the exact key words used.

Yes you can still do this, with the tool below. you will have to use Matomo Open Analytics Platform formally Piwik, and get the plugin to do it.
Code:
https://matomo.org/docs/search-engine-keywords-performance/

Why don't just get g analytics installed on your site? However, that tool is pretty complex at the moment, thus the learning curve may be a little steep for most people, but essentially, just install their code/tag on your website and that should work already.
There are other simpler tools, but may have limited ability in terms of storage/tracking capacity like statcounter, but the free one is really limited.
Or if you have cpanel, it does give you a list of keywords that your visitors use to find your website from search engine.

I have installed the google analytics on my site.

I would have suggested Google analytics, too, but I am also having a difficult time dealing with it at the moment.

yeah the tool I know is google analytics too. well i would like to know if there are other tools for this too.

Keyword Hero helps with a lot of (not provided) analytics results - they have a free plan that should be sufficient for starting out, and if you find it useful their paid plans are fairly cheap should you wish to upgrade.

Some are the keywords tools I used are Ubersuggest, Soolve, LSI keyword generator, SEMRush.
