Hey,

I was wondering has anyone used Skrill ? I want to verify my account so when I get money so they won't froze my account but somehow I can't find where to verify my new account ?

its very easy to do if you have requremnet doucuments, follow these step, 1st you have to fund a little bit amount on your skrill, then submit your photo id i mean National id/passport/Driving Licence any of one with your photo of face, and you need to submit another document which clearly show your address that document should be your utility bill/bank statement/ etc

I have stopped using Skrill, manage to withdraw all my money.
Skrill use to be a good service when they branded as MoneyBookers.

If you want to get lose your bucks like others then try Skrill.
The customer support is worst. If they block your account without giving you any specific reason then they would not even pickup your phone call.
Meaning if you call them then the automated voice ask about your customer I.D and next no one is going to attend your call, you just keep hearing dumb music.

Skrill can and will block your account if you have money or no money for any reason.
Skrill fees are high and they use different tactics to charge fees to increase your cost.

I should have done some research before using Skrill. So, let me save you from a headace

I confirm that the support is terrible by email, I don't remember ever calling, but by email they take years to answer and sometimes they don't answer at all.

On the other hand the current problem I have with skrill is that I have linked my card, and I have even verified it but when I try to top up my account nothing happens, I put any amount (obviously I have a balance on my card) and nothing happens, I don't get any errors or anything but I don't charge the money to my account, I don't know what this is about.

yes agree with you, my skrill account had been blocked and then they opened only one option to got withdrawal, that was local bank withdrawal and i got my money back on thats way.
