I could refer you to one of our staff's post on this thread here before but let me answer in more general terms. You will obviously need to do some offsite SEO to get these ranking on the first page to make it worthwhile. Now having said that, one of our buyers has a site on the first page for 2/3 of the target keywords (9th and 11th) with NO offsite SEO, as well as a bunch of other related keywords in SEMrush. Unfortunately I, of course, cannot share the details here.
In general though, you can expect the keywords to rank anywhere from the 2nd to the 10th page without any offsite SEO being done, so obviously, you NEED to do offsite SEO or you will not earn anything.
