I have started one amazon affiliate website. Should I index categories?

On categories there are only the titles of my posts and the picture of these posts

You should always no-index your category pages, tags pages. As this can create a duplicate content issue on your site.

I say it really depends on your site structure.. if your categories pull your entire posts then surely you have to no-index them.. if not, it won’t create the same duplicate content issue if youlet them index..

Unless you have unique content (unique as in nowhere else at your site) on them and are using them actively and trying to rank them, then keep them indexed. Otherwise, they are just a dead weight.
