Is it possible to create a contact form, that will also create a user name in wordress for a the cleint:

Gravity forms has that capability with an additional plugin

If you use contact form, after the form submission with those details, you will have to create manually the user. And I don't think this is a scalable solution.

However, you could try actual user-creating plugins. I think it's better to use an user creator plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/profile-builder

In this way, the user gets created and inserted in your db without any addition manual steps.
