Jarvee problem

Well im wondering if there is a way to log in to another account on jarvee , i mean when im trying it says Local data locked for “....”
so is there a way to change it ?

You can always login to old account online and make the payment.

Then keep using it with your old email. Paypal email doesn't have to match jarvee account email.

I cant log in too. I started with a free trial and well my client made an account and paid subscription for it. he wants me to run his jarvee account. But it always says data is locked contact support!

Make a backup of your jarvee-folder. Then re-install Jarvee and copy your folder back where it was.

I highly doubt that. Check your spam, their message might ended up there. Also, shoot @Stiletto a message, he can help, all they need to do is unlock the data for new account.

all questions are replied to in max 24 hours, make sure you use a good email account that you also check for replies often and it's not full and able to receive emails.
