AdWords Suspenden for circumventing systems & suspicious payment

Hi guys,

I run a small Marketing Agency and we are mainly focused on Google AdWords/Shopping for clients.

3 months ago, we tried it with Affiliate. We started with AdCombo. I have used AdWords to generate traffic and Unbounce for building LP where the traffic was sent to.
My first big mistake was, that I have put all campaigns into one AdWords Acc, that was by the way not created under my MCC.

We had no problems for 3 months until one morning... I opened the Acc and we were suspended for circumventing systems. I have tried to contact Google many times but without
any useful information. After that, I have created around 10 new Acc under my MCC (on the same day) and have uploaded one campaign per Acc. I have also changed every
domain with a fresh one and added a new CC (not VCC). All Acc went into review and a couple hours later, every Acc was suspended for suspicious payment!

I have read that one can create more AdWords Acc under one MCC and use the same CC for every Acc. My plan was when one Acc gets suspended, the others would be live and I would simply
create a new Acc and change the domain name of the LP.

After that I have used VPN (to be shown in my local country under a new IP) and created another ACC under the same MCC (before that I have unlinked the suspended ACC). I have
created only one campaign and used another fresh CC. I got suspended for suspicious payment after 1 hour.

I think that the main problem is with my LP. One guy told me that it could be because I have started FB remarketing not long ago. but I am pretty new at this, so it would be a great help if you read this and take a look at one LP and give me your opinion and suggestions
on how I can get online with my Ads again.

Never mix whitehat with black/greyhat.

Circumventing systems is a suspension normally because you have been linked back to a previously suspended account, or you were cloaking.

Suspicious payment normally means you've used a virtual card.

If the issue was your lander, you would get a different suspension.

If you get that suspension you have to made next accounts with different IP's (not VPN), PC, browser... After that, if account runs well add it to your MCC.

I did not use cloaking at all.

Only thing I did is, that my ads were disapproved from time to time for misleading content and I found a bug. To save time I have just changed the URL for the Ad (example: instead /ecoslim/ I had changed it to /ecoslim1/) and my Ad got approved every time.

So only this could be the issue.

I talked with my cousin today. She is working for an insurance company and runs AdWords like I do, only for insurance (also has a contact form on her LP). She told me that she got suspended many times, but after that, she just created a new AdWords acc (not under an MCC), new E-Mail, changed the complete billing data and used the SAME CC and got online again.

It is unbelievable, but it worked for her. She does not run offers like I do (diet, nutri), but still, banking and loans are also not easy to run on AdWords.

I have tried that today and my Ad is still under review. I think it is going for a manual check so it is waiting until tomorrow.

Don't try to move too fast. Creating 10 accounts and using same card for all with 1 campaign each all at the same time? This is a big red flag. Keep things distinctive and organic in approach. Dont forget google is smart, dont try to fool it, the only workaround is by creating a new account and using it like any new individual would. Dont hasten your approach.

I will take it easy this time. I only got one Campaign there, with a 10 dollar daily budget. If they dont suspend me, I will run it like that for a week. After that I will scale by creating another campaign and so on.

I was thinking that using same cc should work, but never try it. Will test it soon. Because when you pay online with your CC ( 16 numbers, cvc, expiration ), the numbers you insert isn't going to merchant, but just to payment gateway. check

I have found one method with the help of a guy. I will write it down and it would be great to get your feedback/opinion on it.

I will use this method only if my current test with the same CC fails.

Here we go...

PART1

1. I am using the same PC from which I got suspended the first time on AdWords. So I have installed Virtual Box and created a Windows Virtual Machine.
2. I will buy a dedicated proxy for Bosnia (because I am located in Bosnia and my CC is from here) and connect the proxy with the Windows Virtual Machine.
3. I will use Firefox as my only Browser.

Now should Google see me with a new device, a new IP, fresh CC (not virtual) and with a browser they do not own.

PART2

1. I will create a new email (not Gmail), I will go with Hotmail.
2. I will create an MCC AdWords Account.
3. Use fake billing information and a real fresh CC.
4. As I promote offers for different countries, I will create one Adwords Account (in my MCC) per Campaign (one offer - one campaign).
5. As we see, I will have multiple AdWords Acc in my MCC and they all will be connected to the same CC and same billing info.

MY QUESTIONS:

1. This guy told me that I should change the domain names for all LPs and that I should create multiple E-mails for every domain
Example: if I buy www. sporstgear. com, I should get emails like info @ sportsgear. com, marketing @ sportsgear. com....

This is confusing because I do not understand why I need those emails?
He told me that I need those emails for the AdWords Accounts I will create under my MCC. This is not logical for me, because you do not need another mail to create an Account in your MCC. After that, he told me "they don't ban the domain email if one email gets suspended". Does this make sense to you?

First of all, your LP and FB remarketing would have nothing to do with "Suspicious Payments".

Secondly, anyone who tries to use fake billing information is just a moron. When you add a credit card, Google automaticaly sends a $1 charge to verify the card. So if you are getting new credit cards and using fake billing info then that is probably why you are getting banned for suspicious payments. If you use fake info, you will get banned.

And third, thinking you can't use the same domain to promote something is absurd.

If i am promoting oranges.com and my account gets banned, does that mean no advertiser will ever be able to promote oranges.com ? No, that is ridiculous. You can use the same ad through an agency and it will have no issues as long as it is legit.

In other countries with their different banks it may easy to get away with. But here in the US that is a quick ban.

I think you are right, adwords can only detected BIN and last 4 digits, with my test can use multiple times like 5 times something like that the same vcc. After that, I have directly circumventing banned, I think this is related to the BIN and last 4 digits that are the same and it was used for a short period of time.
