Thought this would be interesting to post since I assume most of us need a little boost in the morning.
Today I asked for my usual 5 shots of espresso and the barista asked me if something was wrong. I didn't think it was that much, so I did some research today. Here's what I found:
Turns out my 5 shots of espresso is only ~300mg of caffeine, much less than the blonde roast venti or one serving of C4's preworkout.
Interestingly though, one cup of coffee has more caffeine than red bull...WTF.
How much caffeine do you drink daily?

- Per shot of espresso (1fl oz.): 64 mg
- 1 cup (8 fl. oz.) of brewed coffee: 95 mg
- Starbucks Coffee, Blonde Roast 20oz: 475mg
- Diet Coke 12 oz: 46mg
- Starbucks Hot Chocolate 16oz: 25mg
- Decaf Coffee: 10-25mg
- Starbucks Green Tea Latte—iced or regular: 80mg
- 5-hour Energy (2oz.): 200mg
- C4 Ultimate Pre-Workout: 300mg
- Red Bull (8 oz): 80g (LESS THAT COFFEE!)
