Okay so im seriously considering starting up a search engine and i hear the only way to monetize it is to offer ad space via starting a PPC type offer but i dont know where to start i mean i know how to start it up hosting and domains but like a PPC script to keeps track of publishers and advertisers im completely noobish to anyone recomend a decent script to keep track of publishers and advertisers to make sure there not scamming me and be able to send payments automatically according to there account details and stuffs lol thanks in advance.

You can consider starting up-But you have all the money what to buy servers for ? why you think someone will even go to your search engine?- when it will be brand new and will lack with results... SERIOUSLY DROP THIS IDEA and take up something else!
By what you wrote I can already say that you don't have budget for something like this and you have no Idea - HOW!

No offense but that is a massive project which requires huge capital investment, a large line of credit, several employees and suitable software infrastructure.
Judging by your post you are not at all ready for this kind of a venture.
There is not script like Directtrack for CPA networks for PPC networks.
Take a step back and think about this one man.

I totally agree, you'd need to spend countless amounts of money just to get your script, let alone a good website, preventing click fraud, finding advertisers, finding publishers, getting your name out. Your looking at (Out-sourcing prices) $10,000+ to start up, then $10,000/month to keep everything running smoothly. Then of course you need to make sure you stand out from other companies, keep advertisers happy, while keeping your publishers happy, it's really not a simple task to do.

Well with that you could probably get a custom PPC tracking script developed for 10K which leaves you with 5K.
That's nothing, you need credit lines in the hundred thousands. Advertisers go belly up and can't pay for their clicks and that leaves you hanging with affiliates who want to be paid. If you aren't insanely liquid you're going to tank.
My suggestion, start thinking of new ideas so you can drop this one.
EDIT: Take that 5K and invest if in Harro's mentoring! That my friend is a smart investment.

Oh don't forgot the fact you need a number of dedicated servers in order to search for keywords for each page a publisher puts one of your adverts on.

Do google not offer some sort fo custom search engine setup? I'm sure you can totally customise it to suit you and when the user search on it it's actually google running it and you get paid via adsense when the ads are clicked.
Anyone confirm this is correct? I'm sure I've seen football club search engines etc using this.

Use full sentences or your entire thread wont make any sense to anyone who looks at it here see im doing it now and its really annoying isnt it youre probably not reading anymore yet im still typing because i cant use periods or other simple grammatic tricks i learned in preschool also noobs dont do search engine websites

Please start anything except that. Maybe think about it again in a couple years after you are much more experienced in seo and affiliate marketing in general.
Read through the money making or cpa forum and start off with some of the basic 5 star rated threads if you are just looking for a way to make money online. This is not meant to flame in any way, just letting you know that if i personally started this project, I would start with no less than 30k.
