What is today the best organic way to promoting content?

Started a Youtube channel. At the moment have nearly 300 subs!

My basic aim is to organically build subscribers / likes / comments!

Is this possible?

Can anyone put me to the right direction, what content/course to follow to move forward?

It depends more on your niche which route you shall follow, as per my experience "how to" type niches work best with seo and "viral" or "luxury" types niches work best with social media sharing.

It's all depends on your channel niche, upload some best content related to your niche it should be unique and knowledgeable create some nice script and start posting some good video from today and increase your uploading frequency after some time you will find that your channel is growing and don't to personalize your video thumbnails and don't go for any paid methods to increase your subscriber and likes.

To drive organic traffic, do quora submission, image sharing on Pinterest, flickr, Imgur & content promotion on top sites like tumblr, medium, wordpress, weebly, wix, etc.

After you got those type of ''vira'' contents, what's your strateg?
Do you put an hashtag with those words in/on your IG?

Yeap I agree as well - it depends on what you are trying to achieve. If it is some CPA niche, some may do well on YT, some better on IG, and some would do great on the search engine.
If it is a coupon site, I can definitely vouch going for the search engine organic route - you'd be amazed at how well it convert.
Otherwise, if it is some health product, depending on the niche and method of execution, IG seems to be doing good for this.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like you're really aiming for organic results without resorting to tactics. I think the best way for you promote your content is by using the other social media platforms. Find a Youtuber in your niche who has gotten everything right and start investigating how he/she uses his/her YT videos and where he/she shares them.

The best way is to use Facebook/Twitter/Instagram etc. Also you can use Reddit. A great place to find new visitors.

Select your niche carefully.
Video length should be more than 10-15Min. As Youtube love those videos which engage people to watch more.
Use the same KWs / Tags of the popular Videos of your same niche
