i don't know where to begin to be honest
I have found a product in aliexpress.
to sell in ebay. But how do i know if the supplier
has shipped it to the customer, or the customer has received
the item? ias far as im aware i do not have control on that.

Well first of all welcome to the community. You need to test your products from the factory
before you trust them to direct deliver. As a matter of fact, I would still recommend you research
Amazons fulfillment service.

yes i'm seeing reviews and people got the item working
but i will change item i see people selling the same item on ebay too
i don't know how i will find an item no one else is selling

You can use Terapeak.com to do market research for eBay and Amazon.
