How old are the accounts?

there is old accounts from 2016 and some fresh - same

How many accounts did you use the same domain on and is it a .com?

Yep, same happening to me, I haven't found out how to avoid them yet. Maybe its because of the bot/delays? I'm not sure yet.

Are those cpa accounts? Or niche accounts? Have you tried with different name/username/bio?
