Get noticed. It's really difficult for your products/services to get noticed especially when your competitors are already way ahead of you in terms of advertising. Social media helps but you really need to post a giveaway or a raffle every now and then to get more likes and followers.

I have not sold anything offline but from what I see online selling is easier. As an online seller, I would like to diversify more to he safe.

The first ecommerce , website that i have, i didnt not use or not like i should use the tools to automated some of the task. The number of customers grow but each task was duplicate, it was a nightmare..
