Review Time
I was one of quick ones and managed to bag a free review copy. Having spent well over a year doing nothing but Keyword Research and learning a lot of tricks along the way I was interested in seeing what this had to offer. The areas I focus on are Local SEO and Amazon Affiliate Keywords.
I've been a big fan of @Zwielicht review styles/format so I'm going to steal it for this review.
Service Highlights
What Could Use Improvement
- As others have mentioned, and I will continue the trend, no fluff! I hate reading articles/ebooks that are 50 pages of nonsense and 1 page actual useful information. That's not the case here. Straight from the get go you are in.
- I was happy to say I did pick up quite a few new tricks whilst reading this.
- Beginner friendly - This Ebook does a good job at hand holding for beginners covering the basics and outlining useful tools you can use.
- Different methods - the ebook outlines some simple strategies for finding keywords that are not widely talked about. Infact this ebook will show you how to find keywords that have a proven history of making money.
- Pictures and step by step explanations and reasoning made this ebook great for beginners as you really understand the reasoning behind the methods used.
- The Ebook talks about little details that are often overlooked when doing KW Research that are usually learnt the hard way and through experience.
Conclusion
- The length was rather short from what I was expecting. However you do get a lot of quality content here which makes up for it.
- Would be nice to see some examples on buyer keywords/affiliate keywords. I feel like that example would be more useful to people than the examples used.
- This ebook does not cover everything under the sun when it comes down to KW research (that would take a lot of pages!) but will give you a good strategy to get you started.
- This is a decent Ebook and will give you some good strategies and examples to get you started in the somewhat complex World of KW Research. Arm this along with further guides and you'll be pretty darn knowledgeable and ready to go on with your KW Research to make some $$$$ on your online ventures.
Review:
Great guide by BTB and Natty , as a newb i really liked the straight forward approach , easy explanations to difficult stuff.
Guide is not very long but covers what's most important . Shows you how to find winners and analyze them quickly with examples and tricks.
Overall this is a really useful guide that encourages you to take action and the authors provide excellent support if you have any questions.
Thanks for the review! I understand what you're saying about the depth - we will be releasing new (free to customer) updates soon, however, the page:$ calculation isn't really relevant here. We're trying to get the information through in the most efficient manner as possible - we're not aiming to create 100+ pages of screenshots. But, as I said, updates are coming! Thanks again for the reviewReview time :
I got a review copy from @Natty - and first ; thanks for that ! I've read through the 20 pages as soon as I got it while eating my breakfast and here's my honest point of view.
- I won't say anything about fluff. If you've read this far into the thread, you should know what's my point on this.
- Take this as a disclaimer : I'm not a big fan of selling ebooks/methods/courses or whatever. However, on this one I was interested enough to see what @BassTrackerBoats and @Natty would pull off.
- At the end of my reading, I got quite a mixed reaction :
- I got a bit disappointed by the fact that, as most ebooks, it mostly (if not entirely) contains information that are available for free (and for a good part, on BHW!). Moreover, some part could be more detailed (ex: buyer keywords, specificity of amazon keyword research or other things like that) as well as more case studies. Because for now, at 7.5$/page I personally find it expensive. (that's 20 ahrefs trials !

). If anything, what I expect from a(n) (e)book is that it goes deep into things.
- However, I must say that what's inside is well written. The author has for me a very good style of mixing narrative stuff and formal facts. It is very easy to follow and enjoyable to read. Although I didn't learn anything new, what is told there works and is not some bullshit you can have sometimes.
Overall : So honestly I would see this as a shortcut. They gathered information about KW research into one well-formatted guide, and you can pay for it. If you do not want to spend time searching and filtering information about KW research and want an immediate dive into the topic, then be sure to get it - that's exactly what you need. However, if you're a newbie short on budget : don't expect the moon. If you have plenty of time but no cash, then I'd rather advise you not to buy this and to take the time to search for that information for free (and you better get started with BHW) and spend your small budget elsewhere (or don't spend it at all for now).
P.S : and I love to see @BassTrackerBoats in a BST thread, showing off his marketing skills. Incredible !![]()
Thanks for your reviewI got a review copy from OP.
21 pages and pretty straight forward.
It reviews some of the tools that you can use. I would've expected the list of reviewed tools to be longer.
It covers how to expand your niche and how to find a profitable niche. If you never done keyword research this guide will put you on the good track.
Methods are simple to follow and the recommended tools can be replaced with others that can do the same, in case you have your own preferences for tools or money spent.
There's a thread in the JrVip section if you are interested.Count me in for a review copy if still available.
I've just given it a good read through and although it's a brief review, here are my thoughts.
Positives:
- It reads quite well and puts thing across in layman's terms. Some guides can be over-complicated, but this will be easy to follow for anybody
- There's some decent advice for people who happen to be involved in affiliate marketing, with looking deeper into keyword research
- A decent trick on page 11 of the guide, which isn't your traditional method and I imagine most people won't have thought of.
What could be improved:
- The price: I like to be honest - I don't feel it's worth $150. I'd personally put it nearer a much lower mark at $20-$30.
Overall
I feel it's currently aimed more at people who are new to the keyword research game. But this is only my angle, as I've been doing this for years. As mentioned, my advice would be to lower the price quite a bit.
If the price was lower, and you're somebody who is just wanting to get started, but needs a guide to help you with suggestions on some of the software to use, then I'd recommend it.
