Is there a PowerPoint app for YouTube?

I make some instructional videos but I think it’d be far more useful if I had some moving visual graphics on screen to add as another element.

What software can I use for good results?

To give you an example, this guy has some nice graphics popping in and out.

It would be nice to have bullet points popping up as I’m going through different points.

Depending how you make your videos, solutions vary.
It would be helpful to know how you make your videos.. or want to make them. eg one of the following ways:

* Record from camera or webcam to file(s), add to video editor later or upload all-one file to youtube; whiteboard, chalkboard used etc
* Record computer screen (powerpoint presentation, using software, etc and optionally voice, optionally showing webcam while speaking)
* Live Stream (doesn't sound like this is it)

Bandicam: Drawing on screen, recording screen+voice+webcam, etc
WeVideo: video editing online (has "motion tiles")
WonderShare Filmora (I hate the company but have heard great things about Filmora)
Adobe Spark
VERY basic: Windows Movie Maker (no longer supported)
Learning curve (Mac/iOS only): iMovie
Expensive and huge learning curve: Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Elements (Adobe Premiere - non Elements version is for professional movie studios/etc)

I’d be recording the screen. I edit all of my videos with Final Cut Pro x. I just need something nice looking to overlay over it. I can do it with Final Cut Pro but the way that I do it is clumsy and complicated.
