Fast, easy and free picture editor?

I've been looking for an editor that allows me to apply filters and don't try to scam me or force me into buying/downloading something. Just like the sort of filters people use on social media, but outside of it, so I can use it for several and independent pictures. Does anyone know one website with such feature?

Gimp is one, however I use youzign for all my images, blogs, social media, slides, logos etc

OP wants fast and easy, photoshop takes a lot of learning. gimp is free and you can edit photoshop images

it didnt really take me that long to learn the basics of photoshop.
probably about the same amount of time it learnt how to be decent enough at gimp.
