browser based bot that posts to twitter for mac?

SO, I took the jump and switched from Windows to mac bc im extra and like spending money on pointless things. I used to have a bot that would post to twitter from a .txt file and now can't seem to even get it to run with wine or any of that other shit..

My question is; is it possible/how hard would it be to code a browser-based bot that would tweet at random intervals from a notepad file, but as a mac app. (?)

Or if you can help me figure out why I can no longer run it with wine etc.

Ubot, as you know by know just works on Windows
See if they have imacros for Mac Firefox or obviously python

I know the program works for windows only, but I had the bots .exe running with wine at one point.
I'll take a shot at python and see if i can figure something out.
