You are mixing up paid promotions/ads with leveraging your own Instagram assets.

Many many dreams died with the idea of generating "free" traffic to a store.



With that amount of maybe's and such a mixed up direction you are running into a high risk of accumulating worthless accounts and no noticeable revenue .

Do one thing and do that one thing good, whatever it will be. Also as mentioned above, promoting your own shopify store with your own Instagram accounts is a big misconception.

Getting followers is different then getting people that engage.

And getting people that engage is even more different the getting buyers.

The reason why Influencer-Marketing is thing, because followers (in the sense of people that engage) trust their Influencer. That trust is carrying your store or product into a trust zone where the prospect is willing to purchase.

The reason why I believe that promoting your own store is bullshit (if you are not an Influencer - original content) is because of the following reasons:

• In 2017 we did a large scale test on that thematic and the results were reflecting our opinion
• Many people that ask me about these things never had success (success is not earning 300$ with 200k followers) with the concept

Maybe its the wrong place to say (BHW), but the earlier you drop the believe of "free traffic" the earlier you will get the success you deserve.
