It's not a service - it's my own PBN that I've setup (I assume you were taking to me). I hope so, I'd like to jump to #1 but I've got a few more domains in case that doesn't happen

Seemed to be dancing around for quite a while so I purchased a package to diversify my anchors as I feel they were overoptimised - dropped from 1k keywords to 100 so site got a penalty unfortunately.

Did you purchase PBN package? How many links have been placed with keywords / brand name?

if i dont have money to pay and publish articles on authority and real sites i not even bother to build links, and focus only on content creation.. and to my surprise results are great. Google sometimes push you to page 1 within 2 weeks.. but there are keywords depending on competition you might get to top 5 results stay few days then drop to page 4.. just stop looking on results and dont bother trying to cheat google.. if your website is blog/news type focus only on good content and social media reddit, twitter, fb, if you have few pages website that u trying to rank for some service selling or product and you got less keywords then okay do link building (i personaly dont trust in PBNs anymore at all) but you might try getting some good auction domains for PBN and try to make them really good (it will cost) or buy some guest posts.. avoid cheap and public PBNs, diversify packages its just waste of time and money and wont work easy like before..
