I was reading about scrapebox for awhile now but i am still jot sure that scrapebox can scrape reviews on a website like booking for example , so can it do the job?

Booking.com reviews, it can definitely scrape some of them, but might have trouble with the ones on flyout menu on the right.

SB can scrape from search engines, but it does not scrape specific data on a web page. Although there are other free plugins that you can install, it still does not scrape specific data on a page, as there's no such functionality available on the tool.
But if you want search results, or scrape links that contain a specific keyword/foot print, then it will do a very good job on that indeed.

Of course it can scrape data on a web page, there are actually multiple tools in Scrapebox for this.

Firstly the custom data scraper in the main scrapebox. Then also the email scraper plugin has a more robust custom data scraper as well as a url fabricator to help out in this area. Also I have a new one planned this month, but Im working on getting a few things together for it. Specifically on how to train a site for it.

I had a look and I do not think in this case it will get the reviews. The reviews seem to be loaded by a script and scrapebox sees pages with javascript off. So if you can find a url or method that shows the reviews with javascript off in your browser, then that can be different.

But I suspect that they are only rendered via script when executed. the reviews can be numerous, especially for popular properties. The page is already huge and that would just add that much more to the initial page load. So I suspect they may be preloaded in the background, but are not part of the initial page load/html.

i am seeing a lot of people asking the below and wondering if you can think of a way to put a module together on scrapbox box .

a lot of ppl keep asking is there a software able to scrape new comment posts from a niche from yt and ig and others .

there not asking for indevigal posts but all posts from the webpage like yt or ig and limit the number buy the app .

and then post them comments wanted to a blog they own.

let say i scrape on ig for the niche fishing and know i want all fishing new comments from various accounts and then post them back to my own blog .

hope you understand is this somethink you can make as a module addon or plugin?

paid or not still needed.

maybe a scheduler added where the app keep finding new posts from a date and time sceduled and continues to add them to a blog till told to stop.

get asked for the above a real lot of times, and hoping a app is made to do the job properly.

deep down some say they made there own rss feed app to do this but not sharing it or selling it , so would be nice to get one that works perfect.

well in this case the websites provides the client a link through email that through it they are given acess to leave the review, if i can get to that platform would scrapebox be able to scrape them through the proxies it uses ? Or would the system detect the lack of information throu the url given?

IG relies heavily on javasscript so Scrapebox can't see the comments, that I have been able to work with anyway. YT isn't far off, and you might be able to scrape comments, but its all that scrapebox can see, there are no limitations.

so the short answer to your question is No, scrapebox will not do this.

I have no idea what you are asking. Im completely lost , can you give me an example?

LinkedIN is basically entirely run on Javacript. Scrapebox doesn't execute javascript and sees pages with javascript off, so the answer is "You can't do it directly", at least not that I have found.

you can skirt the issue to some degree and scrape the data from google meta, which I detail in a video here:

The custom scraper can scrape anything HTML. If REGEX is an issue then it's best to Google REGEX scrape examples and adapt some of those. Even someone with no experience can probably adapt existing REGEX to almost any task inside 30 minutes,
