lol I've just spoken to support as my latest account was just banned added campaign and promotion code Ads didn't run as it was in review (2 days)then just tried to sign in and you guessed it blocked.

Spoke with someone who said they are confident of a solution but I'm not hopeful, I used a different payment card but still linked to me. and a different I.P.

I don't have any more cards in my name to try. So will have to wait and see what happens I might be lucky.

@YoungArt are you using the promotion coupon? I wonder if that is the issue for me even though I've never actually got to spend any money yet or use the coupon codes I've added.

Edited to add, The guy on the phone said something about blacklisted payment methods is a possible issue. but I pointed out I'd used a different one for the last account, even though they are still in my name ie PayPal and credit card.

Hey mate. I've got a coupon that I'd like to use. However, atm I am stuck at the payment method. I've created a new account with a new name and everything. Now I need new payment info as well. I'm thinking of buying a PayPal account and link it to bingads ... this could work.

What is your plan so far ?

I got my usual email about my last account "after looking in to it the account will remain closed" reasons yada yada one of the reasons could be it's linked to a previous account that was closed. Well using your wife's paypal could actually work the same address might be a problem though! Anyway hope it will work out for you and you will report back'!

I wouldn't use a Paypal account with Bing.

Farming accounts isn't too complicated - you just need to go through the variable to see what's working/what's not. Bing have upped their verification of accounts, but it's still nothing like Google's verification.

Why would they ban coupons? I had my last account banned without using any coupons. It's our payment method / name which is black listed and is getting us banned. I am trying to verify my PayPal account which has got a different name than mine. I'm looking for working VCC's but can't find any that might work.... It's a pain in the ass. Think I will ask one of my friends to use their PayPal accounts ... I'm trying to run white hat ads so it should be fine.

Well got banned again, used Wifes Paypal used a new domain for the landing page used a different browser and ip. only thing connecting my other accounts is my address. not sure if there is a workaround for me. I don't know much about VCC as I've never set one up.

Don't give up mate. I think I've found a way around this!

A friend of mine gave me his varified PayPal account and I have connected it with BingAds. It's been 2 days and I'm still fine. I am running white hat stuff and trying to comply with BingAds policy. Also, I am using the same home IP and the same computer. The only thing I changed is the account name and address on BingAds. I think as long as you can get a different payment address and name then u should be fine!

I will report back if I get banned with this account.

Yes used the same domain! (the website complies with bings policy so there is no need for them do ban me this time) And Yes I did use a coupon! Just get a different name and very importantly get different payment information!

I don't understand what's this obsession with using coupons? Are you really planning on doing any serious PPC, when you are not even willing to spend $100 out of your own pocket?

That $100 will get you absolutely nowhere, especially if you are new to PPC advertising, whether it's Bing or Adwords. If you don't have the money to spend, then you'll be much better of focusing on other methods, because chances are that you will need to spend at least $500-1k until you have figured out what works and what doesn't.

And that's a best-case scenario with NO guarantee that you will have a profitable campaign in the end.

As for setting up multiple accounts and then trying stupid promotion methods with thousands of irrelevant keywords bidding $0.05.....really? In 2018? You need to stop thinking that you are playing a video game and take paid advertising more seriously, because at the end of the day if you want to make any decent, reliable income by using Bing Ads, then you have to treat it as a real business, including the products that you promote and the advertising techniques you use on Bing Ads.

In short, if you don't have at least a few k's to spend and you're not willing to set up proper targeted campaigns with relevant keywords/ads/landing pages, then just don't bother, because you'll be wasting your time/money.
