Question about NoFollow

Hi,

I would like to know when on Site A there's a NoFollow link to Site B and someone clicks on it. Will the owner of Site B see in Google Analytics that the visitor came from Site A ?

Explanation: I would like to put an ad / Link on a website (A) which is popular but only offers nofollow links, yet I'd like to be able to measure its success.

Hi yes, No Follow is just for Google's bot to not count the value of that links juice in its search algorithms. When it comes from source of traffic, Google analytics will tell you where your traffic is coming from, regardless of Do Follow or No Follow

You need to use URL Shortener to hide the referrer, NO-Follow is only useful to prevent passing link juice it wont hide the referrer.
