Do you help with stripe documentation? In australia we do not need an EIN or SSN, only a passport photo or licence to validate. My question is does the bank account number need to be linked up with the fake ID?

I got a non-working VCC, tried on aged and fresh accounts but still doesn't work. The support agent told me to create a Paypal account in another country and link the card there. Can you please help me resolve the issue. I don't want to create a new Paypal account, I want to verify my existing one.
