Instagram account banned

I have created an Instagram account and while creating it said "your account has been disables due to viaolating the terms and conditions".
I have also reached the hep center to recover the username and account, but then it says that "the username is not valid".
Can yopu help to resolve this issue and retrive the username in Instagram.

The resolution center page is kinda broken at the moment. Give the Facebook team some time to fix it The wont notice it so quick.

I am using Vpn. From that computer 5 accounts.

Just using the VPN, or using VPN + Separate proxy per account?

If you are using only the VPN, they could have flagged your IP for Account Creation Spam or something like that...

The appeal system is broken right now, it doesn’t seem to be working for anyone trying to submit an appeal. Says wrong username input even though all information is correct. Let’s be patient and hope they fix it soon

vpn is not good for create accounts
i suggest you create ip from your home then restart static ip with wireless and new ip then make accounts

@Henry Cooper I had a page which was banned yesterday sayin that it violated the terms. how can I recover it? a month back one of my page was banned, I wrote to them about it but never got a reply. This time i want to reconver it anyhow as the page was almost 13k followers organically grown and used to get good engagement n each -post.
can you help or let me know the process?
