How to scale this up?

Hey i am doing graphic design work since so many years and searching for clients is as you all know a very important part of it.
So i have posted a joint venture post in the section if you are interested just reply there.
So back to the posts topic
i have been finding clients for my work so i decided to find the startup companies by the #startup and many more tags like that.
What i do is find the companies and message them that if they need a graphic design work or not.
Some of them reply many of them dont.I am doing this manually so wanna know how to scale this process up.

You could use a bot that would watch for these hash tags and respond to them. Thats kinda the only way you can scale things up.

sorry i dont wanted to create a landing page at that time due to its time consuming but will surely come to you when i am ready to make it

I think you should really get into a JV and give comissions to people who find you work. Try Native English Speakers as they are better with communication.

You can join some Facebook Groups to, get some free review copies just to get a buzz around you and you'll be fine.

I made suggestions....but unfortunately building and hosting a single landing page is "too time consuming"....I guess the guy expects potential clients to beat down his door without making any effort to present himself in a professional manner!.

As i said i found it time consuming at that time as i was busy too much on the project that suddenly came.As a proof you can see i have posted some here also and there are many projects that i needed to complete at that time.
And at that time you contacted me,I posted the jv thread a while back but you contacted me at the same time sir.So due to that situation i was stuck and said you that i will be saying you when i am free.Then unfortunately i forgot.

i never wanted to run from my responsibilities or making a landing page (why would i cause its me who will get profit from it )
Its just the instagram's client finding statergy that i applied a while back ago worked for me suddenly and a lot of work came onto my head and i said all of them yes cuase i knew the pain of not getting work

I have a small amount of free time each day and one thing I like to do to keep my skill set fresh is just design something.

Be it a logo for a startup, website or blog. An album cover. A poster... just something to keep the creative juices flowing.

Then, when it’s done I watermark it (so they can’t steal it) and then I send them a PM (usually on IG) and I normally say something along the lines of:

“Hi XYZ, I’m a huge fan of your business/music and I couldn’t help but feel my services could be of use to you. I’ve attached a logo/album cover/poster that I think you’ll appreciate. Hit me up if you want to remove the watermark and use the image!”

I have got nothing from it in terms of business, maybe a retweet or a repost but nothing financial.

BUT

As your skills improve each and every day due to consistently creating different things - eventually you can create a business that provides your service.

Your best bet is to start here. As you have Jr. VIP status you can actually create a sales thread. Which is good news for you because the community here always create new products and most of your customers will return to you over the years if they appreciate your hard work and attention to detail.

From there, build a brand and get people to recommend you. Eventually you’ll be at a place where you’re happy and no longer need to search for clients. They’ll trickle in and you’ll be set.

(This is exactly what I’m planning on doing as I know that in the long-run, I can get some decent business on here).
