Hello,
I am interested in reuploading porn and making money with Adrian's method. Now I don't live in USA. How are the chances of being sued for reuploading porn with own watermarks?

If you're using Adrian's method, then you won't be hosting anything on your domain. It will be a redirect only. Get whois protection for your domain. The only guys who'll be receiving takedown notices and DMCA complaints will be the ones on whose site you'll be uploading videos. They'll remove your videos, and might ban your account. They won't come after you, but it's a whole different story with the porn company. If they think you're sharing too much copyright stuff, they might do some research on you. Who knows what else they will do. No one knows for sure. If you're so afraid then use a white hat method. :)

So bad, porn videos cannot be "rewritten".

I would like to bump this old thread since i am also eager to know more.
First of all thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and experience..You are talking about porn company that they can do research. What about not porn uploading stuff on other sites..., They cant sue us( they will just delete copyright videos and ban/delete your account thats it?)
What about sharing copyright stuff ( articles on blogspot blog, videos on youtube, dailymotion, Using someone else picture on facebook) They will just delete the content on getting complaint/report and ban/delete the user. They will do nothing else?
What lets say someone make a video to threaten to kill someone and share the video on his facebook profile..
Thank you
