O_O is it a bad thing have a lot of reviews? I didn't buy anything...
Consider that I got 420 installs now.

yes, unnatural reviews is bad. no new app get this fast reviews. 420 installs max 20 reviews. how you got that rating if you did not buy it? I am sure it is not from real users. have you exchanged it with others? or your friends placed that ratings. ?

Many of them are friends but the most are just people...
How can I know if they limited my app?

no, you will not know. they have this feature in every product including youtube and play store. if they detected un usual activity, they will stop the organic reach of your app.
if your friends who added ratings are still using the app installed on their device, than no worry. but i know, I am also working on android. people just install it, place rating and remove the app. so, better don't add too much.

Almost the 50% of the people who downloaded the app have the app installed in this moment. Is it good enough?

yes, that is good.
if you want to rank the app on play store. just give tons of focused installs. and get high retention rate. this is enough. plus, with the flow of installs, you can add reviews, it will boost your ranking.

Searching something like "Brain Train" or "Allena la mente" or just "Runtics" I get indexed but not so well.. I don't want to buy installs but just spamming literally EVERYWHERE I'm getting crazy to let the people download my app...

bro, if your app is ranking on any keyword on 250 app list, you should try increasing the app CTR. this will boost your app ranking for that keyword. use keyword installs. you will easily able to rank your app on that kyword. if people searching that keywords in playstore, you will get many installs organically by ranking for that keywords.

You can use keyword installs.
keyword installs are the incentive installs where users get paid to perform a task. user will search your keyword in playstore, find your app from your icon and install your app. now if your app is ranking on 15th number when searching keyword, user will find it and install your app instead of 14 other apps ranking above yours. this means your app is better than that 14. and it is exactly like second page of google results. apps that are ranking after top 10 are not getting much installs from that keywords. in keyword installs, give in increasing order. like first day 10 than 15 than 20 on third day. this will boost your ranking for that keyword.

how to get installs? there are many platforms providing keyword installs. i have used installs.top( dont remember the exact name but it contains "top" in domain) or similar service but dont use that, they cheated me. right now i am using getappinstall . com they are providing good services.
Thank you for that info. So buying keyword installs does not violate google policies?

yes, it violates google's policy. you have another option to rank your app if you want to go completely white hat. >> reach each users personally and tell them to install your app (as you do not want to spend any money) or you can sponsor IPL and post your app logo and URL to stadium banners.
i think you dont want to spend money in advertisement. bro, i have checked your app and it is one of those thousands that get uploaded daily in play store.
