New channel after Adsense ban?

Hi guys,
I'm starting a new YT channel for my company now I'd like some advice on the following;
My personal Gmail account got an adsense ban over 10 years ago. Can I register a new channel under the company's name and gmail account, and apply for Adsense for that specific account, while my personal name is attached to it? Or should avoid mentioning my name at all times on the YT channel?
Note: I'm registering under a new: IP, location, computer, bank account, name, DOB etc.

Only problem is that, there is only 1 person with my exact same name in this world.

Well I have a Balkan first name and western surname and a very very small family. After being online for over 15+ years on various social media outlets, I have noticed there is always one other person who takes up the @s and now I have to use an underscore in all my handles. This person happened to marry into our family and has my same unique first name.
