If you're talking about the spam links, google have changed its algorithm for the spam. Likely your success rate will go down even lower in future since google have been getting strict for anti-spam measures.

Google will look for a quality always so if your links are matching the big G expectations, it will be indexed easily.
Another way for getting indexing is using indexing services, but i will not suggest anyone to do that.
Be patient your links will be indexed quickly.good luck.

I believe the OP is indexing other sites links which he is spaming using google url submit if I understood his concern right. Likely indexing tools are not going to help him out as they won't index the page instantly even if they promise they can.

yes, you're right. maybe OP is not aware of indexing services, so I mentioned about it. but it's not good though. Natural indexing is always safe and better.

Depending on how you were indexing your backlinks but mostly if it was mentioned that 70-80% backlinks indexed, that should be done either by an instant link indexing service or a software that helps to get your backlinks indexed. Eitherway, if using such a method for indexing, Big G has recently updated their core algorithm twice - one on March and another on April, thus these could have reduced the effectiveness of these link indexing services.
A more effective way would be to build tiered backlinks to these links, and such method would make these pages stick/indexed longer and it provides better link juice as well.

Thanks for the info can you suggest something better in terms of blackhat.

Thanks in advance!!

I was facing same problem few months ago but it had automatically rectified. I think you need to consider about quality links rather than poor and huge quantity links.

Thanks!!

The video embed method still works fine for most of my links. Of course it's very hard to index tier 3 links nowadays.

I am using GSA SEO Indexer and RankerX Indexer but the result is bad.

Obsessing about fast indexing is counter-productive. Google is SLOW these days and if you push tooooo much you will likely harm the eventual index rate compared to if you stayed patient and smart.
