Unfair Shadowban

Hi, people.

Yesterday I have been shadowbanned by Instagram without any reason. It asked me for phone verification, after that i saw they shadowbanned me. I'm 100% sure. What's the reason? They didn't delete any of my posts? I think the reason is because maybe someone bought and transferred fake followers or likes to my page. But I'm not sure. Im not using hashtags, only post good content. I'm in 2 DM groups in total of 15 accounts. We L and C our posts, sometimes I L and C 2-3-4 posts in one minute, maybe I should L and C only one post per minute. How can i contact Instagram? Maybe they can help me? That's my 3RD shadowban i think..

Doing likes and comments on dm groups is safe, i really don't think that thats shadowban reason. You said that you aren't using hashtags and that's another point that you shouldn't get banned. I think you need to write ig and ask whats going on but theres not a big chance that they'll response.

Yes i tried to send them a message thought the app but no one replied... I will keep trying i hope they will not get pissed and ban me. But that's really stupid... I didn't do anyhing against their rules...

You can't. It takes 14 days and IG will remove it. But i don't want to wait that much... I didn't do anything against the rules. It's unfair....

yeah it takes 2 weeks. I din't mean the guide shows how to remove it instantly. what were you using a res proxy, dc proxy, mobile proxy, mobile internet, broadband?

My home IP adress and sometimes my 4G. That's not the reason...

well liking and commenting 3-4 posts in 1 minute can't lead to a shadow ban either. Most of my accounts do upto 10 follows 25-45 likes and 10 comments in 10minutes frame every hour for 7-12 hours a day. just to confirm are you using your own content or scraped or reposting?

Reposting content, sometimes i edit the videos but that's not a problem, everyone is doing it. Also If I find edited picture I'm giving credits..

while reposting pictures, are you editing the metadata of those pictures?

Instagram AI won't look out if you're giving credits, it matters to the other person who's content is being reposted so that the person doesn't reports your profile for illegitimate use of proprietory content.

But Instagram AI would care reposted content by crawling through meta data of those pictures.

IG and most of the image crawlers recognizes and identifies images with their meta data. Meta data is all the hidden information about the picture which have got details about when was image created, if it was edited by photoshop or illustrator or was shot by a canon xyz camera, its unique identification code, etc. You can search through forum or google on how to edit it.

Reposting images is the only thing i can figure out why you got shadow banned. Although its a rare case but not something very hard to figure out.

Thank you for your answer. I downloaded some images from google but in their data there's only a date when the image is downloaded and the resolution so i dont think that's the reason to shadowban me... What if someone bought a fake followers or likes for my account? Instagram will flag my account but i didnt bought followers or smth like that..

you need meta data analyzing programs, you cant just see it like you see properties of any regular file type.

getting fake followers or likes is not something that would lead a ban to your account whether you buy it or someone else, it will impact the fake accounts not your account.

Do you know what are these programs? I'm just shadowbanned not banned. Let's say someone hate me, then he decide to buy 1000000 fake likes or followers and transfer it to my account. Then Instagram will think that's me and they will flag my account. That's what I'm thinking. Who can report me for using a photos or videos that I didn't own? They didn't own it too. Instead of moaning about things you can't control, one should be wise to expend their energy into the things they can control.

Well NO, IG won't shadowban you if you're getting likes/followers whether fake or genuine. Had it been the case, everyone would start getting their competetors shadow banned, but thats not the case. Well if your content would have been reported, it would have been removed or you would have got banned not shadowbanned.

I dont think they remove some of my content. The last posts i remember are still there. I cant figure it out whats the reason... They didnt reply to my messages too...

Just follow the steps you need to make sure shadowban is removed in 2 weeks there's no way to get instant relief from it. Don't repost content, instead better use other sources for scraping content.

I appreciate your help mate, but I dont think I'm shadowbanned because of the reposted content. After 2 weeks they will remove the shadowban but then what? After a couple of days maybe they will shadowban me again for no reason as right now... And Instagram team didn't reply... Why are they using these emails if they are not ready to help to their users smh. I downloaded android app for removing metadata, but all the photos and videos I'm using are without meta data. It only shows the date and the resolution of the video/photo.
