Site has been down the entire day, dedicated server. Contacted support, no response from intial reply. Lost out on $150+ revenue already. Poweruphosting used to be my go to hosting, it's dropped it's quality severely the last year or so.

No, we use cPanel which is included in the Shared Hosting.

How do I know what hosting I need? I can't tell if I need Managed WP or a Windows VPS?
How hard is it to switch from one to the other, if I signup for the wrong thing?

I have run into resource metering problems on my shared hosting. I am not sure how, but for some reason it uses a lot of resources (or my neighbor does and they just blame me, it is shared server space)
Anyway, I am not smart enough to know if backups is the problem or not. And A2 Hosting is not too interested in helping me. A2 told me that it was Updraft scheduling a bunch of backups, but I looked at Updraft and it scheduled the backups fortnightly so that doesn't seem quite right.

Anyway, can you tell me the right server that I need and tell if your support would help me with something like "phantom backups" from Updraft so that I can keep my site running fast. Also, my average page load speed on A2 was 3.1 seconds. That is shared hosting. I assume on yours I will be able to match those speeds fairly easily.

I am wanting to send some Bing traffic to my site, so I need a server that will not randomly limit resources. OR that will help me fix the problem, so I can operate the site.

And do you do migrations? and what is the cost?
or maybe it is better to just buy the Updraft addon and do it myself.
