1. Manipulating the title with 2 keywords
2. Overuse of the keyword in the content
3. Didn't use LSI keywords

- how to + keyword
- why + keyword
- keyword + year

2. Use keywords naturally. Don't place a keyword by force.
3. Use LSI instead of the main keyword.

I am trying to say that, we can use related keywords instead of the main keyword to stop over optimize the content. March 8 and April 20, 2018 google updated their algorithm for content. If we can use long tail keywords instead of the main keyword properly then we can stay safe side.
