Buy a couple of Pbn links and wait for it to move, if it goes to the top perfect. If it goes to 2 buy a few more. Make sure they are quality links tho garbage may hurt your site.

You probably need to add another type of links, like PBN, outreach or citations.

The sites ranking 1st and 2nd were already in those positions when I making my website. I got information for my articles from those websites. They have tons of backlinks according to the Ahrefs. But most of the links are blog comments. Content quality is not very good and native. But unique and hand written.
Already bought PBN links from here and I believe it took me to this position. After it ranked in 1st page I bought another PBN last month from here.
At this time, yes. I bought 2 PBNs from here and 20 Edu profile links. And built few links from my own niche relevant websites. After it came to the 1st page I started building web 2.0 every day.

Check from where the website at 1st and 2nd have gained backlinks. It will help you to analyze your mistakes. Also, try to increase the length of your content.

I had read somewhere in BHW, if you've already in top 10 position, you have to raise your CTR and keep your bounce rate low compare to your top 10 competitors since this is considered a factor for google to determine that your site worth to get a better position.
You can change your site title and meta description for getting clicks and make a compelling content to get low bounce rate.

What are number one and twos anchor ratios like?
Is on page perfect?
Social signals compaired to one and two?
What is your CTR and bounce rate?
How many backlinks does your competition have to home page? How many does your site have?
I dont need the answers. Once you answer these questions you will know what you are missing.
In general you need to mimic competition and one up them. You cant beat site age, but if you do everything else right you can win.
