Anyone to share expirience in ranking for specific country with non-English content?
Easier?

I just found some attractive kw's (~100k m/s, CPA monetizing ready) in my russian language , checked top3 competitors links, all have ~25 RD and not impressive at all backlinks.

I can't understand , if they really do hidden PBNs (it would be unusual if they know all blackhat tricks from BHW) or they can rank on shitty links here.

Local seo is easier to rank than global. It would also be great if you can get local backlinks (russian links) to rank higher. Make sure your onpage is also well optimized.

Why would it be unusual for them to know how to rank? You are underestimating your competition imo. And .RU Google might be quite a gold mine. You can use links for which you would get penalized in Google.com, but not here. I would rape that site with Sape links, those still have to work there. I would maybe consider using web 2.0s as buffer, but it's up to you to test it.

Local SEO in any Country is easier. Competition is much lower and you can rank for spesific keywords more easily. International SEO is a very difficult job, takes time and in any case you must work harder than Local SEO.

Considering how "low end" the foreign Google versions are, I would say yep.

Yes, it's easier. Its the same deal as ranking in global, just link using some local properties and obviously communicate in the right language.
