5x1000 words article or 1x5000 words article?

Hey guys, I have a really important question, i have in mind 5 similar keywords and i want to rank for all of them, what do you think would be better for SEO, 5x1000 words articles or one big 5000 words with all the keywords in it?

Better to use 1x5000 word article helps more than 5x1000 articles. Keep the keywords well optimized.

If you've got the patience I'd do both. The 5000 world article could be best basketball shoes - that's broad enough for 5k words. Have a subsection for all the different brands and offer 2-3 different shoes. Also target stuff like "what to watch out for" and other informational/useful stuff that a consumer would / should think about when buying a shoe. Then link to---

1000 word articles dedicated to each brand you mentioned in the 5k article. I guess this is silo'ing in a way. Now you've got link juice flowing both ways and you'll target people looking for best brands in general and also people looking for best shoe by brand.

If you've chosen a good niche and patience you can scale this very easily
