On what CMS were these website Created???

Hello BHW,

Please I would like to know how these websites were created:

1) mobilenig.com
2) clubkonnect.com

Both were into sales of Amazon gift cards, recharge cards (VTU), bitcoin and network data sharing in which they are operating in Nigeria.

I'm interested in venturing into the business but I'm in a state of confusion because both websites operate on complete automation.

2) clubkonnect.com ( ASP .NET + Bootstrap )
These are the languages / technologies used. Even if its a CMS. could be custom one.
