Well I didn't find anything from Taktical here on forum, but ripped one from another SEO agency. As for invoices I'll probably make them manually or use freshbook to automate the billing.

About cold mailing you have to try different versions and see which one's working best for you, they say nowdays short emails grab their attention better. For cold calling watch Grant Cardone on youtube, that's the right man. Even if he's selling something else, he'll fucking make you think more clear about sales/money/wealth.
