I have tried to be extremely clear in my OP. You just need to fill up the form and submit. You will get a web 2.0 delivered. I will also not confirm any order as I am doing a giveaway here. I will also not PM you asking for order info. This is something you are getting for free. I am investing my time and my staff resources to do this. You can atleast fill in the form if you are eligible.
