Summary
For the review, @IamKing provided me with their "Bounty Hunter" package. The details of my review are below.

Service Highlights
  • The main keyword I provided saw some movement after nearly a week, going from position 52 to 36. For those of you wondering about the keyword and website, it was rated at 47/100 (possible) on KWFinder. The DA of the sites in the SERPs was between 30-91, and the URL I sent this seller had a DA of 1 and a PA of 1 (not a new site, just a shoddy one).
  • The ZIP file report came with a list of links and the articles used on the sites.
  • The username and passwords used to create some of the links were included in the report.
  • The video used as part of the video sharing portion of this service wasn't half-bad. It was 720p, used royalty free music, various images and videos, etc.
What Could Use Improvement
  • I received 15 Excel files. I have no problem with detailed reports, but the sell could've used the sheet feature in Excel and delivered everything in a single Excel file.
  • There were a few 404 errors among the links I was sent, although after reviewing several other services like this one, this was to be expected.
