Metrics of this site are very close to the average metrics the seller has listed. Content is alright, well formatted and understandable. The site itself looks good and at a quick glance the OBL did seem pretty low. There's articles ranging from pharmacy to web dev stuff so not very niche specific however.

The metrics are great and the OBL at the moment looks to be quite minimal.
I checked archive.org and the domain appears to be clean.

The site visually looks nice and the logo is actually pretty cute.
There's also extra informational articles throughout the site with interlinks instead of OBL.

The site is not niche specific, but with the type of domain this is, that probably wouldn't be viable anyway.

I am really surprised by quality of website and metrics.
The metrics are:

I have checked quality of backlinks and all are spam free.
OP taken care very well of on-page things of the blog post.
Article is hand written by native English speakers and it is a high quality article.
The website did not seem like PBN, but looks like website maintained by passionate blogger.
It is a premium theme, has favicon and logo is beautiful.
It has 14 social network icons to share on different social websites.
No foot prints and impossible for google to detect as PBN.
OP used premium quality image and i feel he is charging less amount compared to the quality of service.
Highly recommended and planning to buy full package from OP after some time.

Yes, these aren't niche specific but the sites are very real looking and great efforts have been put on designing and picking up domains. Its maintained like a real blog, not a typical PBN!

Unfortunately the PBN doesn't seem to be niched, various different articles but nothing spammy or adult/ gambling stuff.
