All keyword finder if a website?!

I’m looking for some tool take receives a website, and showes all the ranked keywords of the website, and what position are they in ( google search page... maybe even other search engines) I tried to find something similar but I can’t, please help! Thanks in advance!

Oops, I may not have been clear with my reply. The website also has SERPChecker and SERPWatcher. KWFinder . com to be precise. I hope i made sense and understood OPs question.
