Together, by chipping away at each phase, Facebook says it can reduce the spread of a false news story by 80 percent.

Quick script to determine if news is fake. Get quote from the headline of any news and check in google number of results for this query, for example, "Bill ***** died yesterday". Check if in results of the search you will find any "trusted source", if not - news is fake. Such script could be implemented for news with over X likes/shares. That's how FB could fight false news with no problem. Its not about fighting false news, it's about control what content user may see, its about web censorship.

Funny thing is, they just want you to read what they deem is credible and what the government wants you to know. If youre aware of forbidden history, alot of the stuff they teach us is inaccurate and been proven beyond reasonable doubt. The government has their own agenda, and controls all the media outlets and large corporations. They either abide by it, or get shut down.

Youtube censorship is real .They are stopping certain content and keywords from hitting the suggested feed which is the majority of traffic on Youtube.
